Do you need access to water and electricity?

No. We arrive fully self-contained with our own water supply and power, so all we need is enough room to work around your vehicle. If you'd like us to use your hookups, that's fine too — just let us know.

Where do you detail my vehicle?

Wherever it's parked — your driveway, a parking lot at work, or a farm yard. We're a mobile service, so you never have to drop the vehicle off or wait around a shop.

How long does a detail take?

An exterior detail runs about 45 minutes, a small vehicle detail about 30 minutes, and interior detailing takes 2 to 2.5 hours depending on vehicle size. A full detail package is 2.5 to 3 hours. Adding waxing adds about 20 minutes.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Walkerton and travel throughout Bruce and Grey County — including Hanover, Kincardine, Teeswater, Paisley, Port Elgin, Chesley and Mildmay. Travel is included in the price.

How much does it cost?

Interior detailing starts at $120, exterior at $60, and full detail packages at $200, with pricing based on vehicle size. Motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides are a flat $80. Full pricing is on the services page.

What if my vehicle is bigger than a full-size truck or minivan?

Larger vehicles vary quite a bit in time and product needed, so give us a call at 519-889-2680 and we'll give you an accurate quote and time estimate.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely online with a debit or credit card when you book, or pay after the service is finished — cash, e-Transfer, PayPal and cheque are all accepted.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Light rain usually isn't a problem for interior work. For exterior detailing in poor weather, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge. If you've paid online and we can't complete the job, you get a full refund.

Question 9

Do I need to be home during the detail?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. As long as the vehicle is accessible and we can reach you by phone, you're welcome to carry on with your day. We'll message you when we're finished.

Question 10

How should I prepare my vehicle?

Just remove personal belongings, valuables and any child seats you'd like moved. Everything else — garbage, dirt, pet hair, salt stains — we handle.

Question 11

Can you remove pet hair and heavy stains?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pet hair removal and hot-water extraction on carpets and upholstery are part of our interior work. Very heavy soiling may take extra time — mention it in the booking notes so we can plan the slot.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking a week ahead gives you the best choice of times, especially for weekend and full detail slots. Short-notice openings do come up, so it's always worth checking the calendar or giving us a call.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Absolutely. Reply to your confirmation email or call 519-889-2680. If you prepaid online and cancel, your payment is refunded in full.
